- We offer a 30-day return policy for non-custom, non-personalized items.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process the return.
- Custom and Personalized Items
- Due to their unique nature, custom-designed and personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If you receive a custom item with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for resolution.
- Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for size adjustments or preference changes within 30 days of purchase for non-custom items.
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s) but not the original shipping costs.

- The gift giver's original payment method will not be refunded.
